Transforming amateurs into pro triathletes
We were tasked by the client to transform their triathlete business into a complete virtual training offering, with an online e-commerce ecosystem to monetize their online transformation programs, aligned for athletic preparations for the global Ironman events.
We ran numerous brand workshops with their management team, profiling their audience's innate needs, together with an in-depth discovery session to evolve and develop their brand's voice, identity, and digital collateral. We then build a robust framework and channel strategy, deployed into their social platforms to create organic awareness. We ran a campaign around using the vast attendance of the Ironman to showcase all the customer's "wins" in turning to promote the brand in real-time - this resulted in over 2500 customers onboarding into their e-commerce platform.
